We would like to share some additional information regarding two items included in our previously announced October 22, 2026 security update.
◆ Updates

Expanded Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
To ensure a smooth and stable rollout, this feature will be introduced in phases, beginning with our Korea and Japan services. We will share a separate notice with further details and the rollout schedule for other regions once confirmed. -
Administrator Password Change
We previously informed you that an administrator would still be able to change a user's password directly, with an additional two-factor authentication step. This has since been updated: administrators will no longer be able to set a user's password directly. If needed, this action will require re-authentication via two-factor authentication (email), and administrators without 2FA configured will have related permissions restricted.
◆ Other Items
All other measures included in the October 22 update — including the login lockout policy and the dormant account policy — will proceed as previously announced, for all users.
We will share further details as each item proceeds.
