[RemoteView SaaS 8.5.3] Service Update Completion Notice

Hello, this is the RemoteView team.
This is to inform you that the RemoteView SaaS 8.5.3 update has been completed as follows.

◆ Completed Date and Time
August 6, 2026 (Thu) 16:00 – August 7, 2026 (Fri) 02:45 (KST)
August 6, 2026 (Thu) 02:00 – 12:45 (CDT)
Note: This update was carried out without service interruption in Korea and Japan. The Korea bypass server was temporarily suspended during the maintenance window. The RemoteView SSL certificate was also replaced during this update.

◆ Key Update Details
New Development
- WebSSH development (browser-based Linux remote terminal)
- Mac to RemoteViewBOX2 file explorer development
- Android / iOS
 - PIP (Picture-in-Picture) mode support for viewer
 - More precise virtual mouse control (pointer stays fixed at center while the background screen moves)
- Usage Request Management: refined scope of approval authority policy, added approval result notification feature

Improvements
- Refined SaaS & SSO integration specifications (SAML, docomo, Google, MS) — aligned differing SaaS/SSO specs in coordination with the Japan office
- Added custom firmware upload feature to the RVBox2 configuration site
- Changed pinch-zoom center point behavior on Android
- Changed indirect input method on mobile viewer (cursor repositioning, backspace added)

Refactoring
- Refactored Admin Excel download / mail system
- Refactored Android (AOS) legacy code

Other Issue Improvements
- Fixed a delay issue that occurred when bulk-deleting agent groups
- Fixed an issue where the app force-closed when switching monitors on iOS/iPadOS in a 3-monitor setup
- Fixed an issue where the iPad app force-closed after repeated pinch-zoom gestures
- Fixed an issue where saving failed when a RemoteWOL3 user ID exceeded 17 characters
