- Note: Performed without service interruption for Korea/Japan services (the Korea bypass server was temporarily suspended during the work).

- Strengthened security and improved stability of Single Sign-On (Microsoft/Google), SAML, and DOCOMO
- Target: Web, Android Viewer/Agent, iOS Viewer
- Strengthened security verification when establishing remote control connections
- Target: Mac Agent (Ver. 8.6.1.1)
