Performance Improvement (Viewer)
- FPS values for Low / Medium / High quality modes remain unchanged; increased FPS is now applied to the Maximum quality mode only
- FPS limits by quality: Low: 7 / Medium: 25 / High: 40 / Maximum: 100
- Changed the default value of UI Effect setting from ON to OFF
- FPS values for Low / Medium / High quality modes remain unchanged; increased FPS is now applied to the Maximum quality mode only

Bug Fix (Agent)
- Fixed an issue where switching monitors did not update the control target monitor index, even though the display changed correctly (occurs when Monitor 1/2 viewer info saving is enabled)
