Please follow the instructions to enable the automatic checks for the latest security patches and antivirus updates on the user’s PC (Windows).
[Setup Instructions]
1. Log in to the administrator account on rview.com and go to Preferences.
2. Go to Preferences > Company Settings > Security Settings. Select Use All for OS latest security patch and Check antivirus on remote system option.
3. After changing the settings, RemoteView will check for the latest OS security patches and antivirus updates when establishing a remote connection. Once the scan is complete, a screen similar to the image below will be displayed. Click OK.
Log in to the user portal and enjoy the remote connection.

- This check is only performed during remote control and video mode control after the setting is applied.
- This setting does not apply to WebViewer.
