Security Notification Email Settings

RemoteView offers a security notification feature that allows administrators to monitor user activities and security-related changes.

By enabling this feature, email notifications will be sent for the following events:
1. Login attempts from an overseas IP address
2. At the beginning of a remote session
3. Password reset
4. Agent removal

These notifications help administrators and users identify and respond to potentially unauthorized access and changes, enhancing the security of the RemoteView environment.

NOTE: Notifications are sent only when an email address is registered in the user’s information.

[How to enable security notification emails]
Log in to rview.com > Go to Preferences > Company Settings > Notify by Email on Security Events > Select Use All > Check the boxes
