This error message is displayed when connection to the agent's session log server has failed. Follow the instruction below to resolve the issue:
1. Refresh the PC status by selecting Check Connection under More Actions menu.
2. Check if the agent's PC is powered on.
3. Check if the agent application is logged in correctly.
4. Check if agent's network is stable.
5. Check if firewall settings is blocking the connection. Either add RemoteView into the allowed list of applications or temporarily disable it.
