The user consent feature requires approval from the user on the remote PC before allowing remote control. It is not supported in WebViewer.
NOTE: This feature is not available in unattended systems or remote PCs in unoccupied offices.
1. Set up
-Log in to rview.com> Go to Preferences > Company Settings > Remote Connection Agreement > Select Use All > Click Apply
2. Verify
*The Viewer refers to the computer or device initiating the remote control session, while the Remote PC is the computer being remotely controlled.
2.1. Log in to rview.com > Go to Remote PC > Select the target PC to control > Right-click and select Remote Control or Video Mode Control.
- On the Viewer, a Remote Control Request notification will appear. This pop-up message will automatically close if the remote user selects Agree/Decline, or if the request times out.
- On the Remote PC, a Remote Control Request confirmation message will appear. The remote user must click Agree to allow the session.
- Once the session is connected, the Viewer will display the Remote PC screen. This indicates that the session has started.How to Check Remote Access History
The remote access history for RemoteView is available in the Statistics tab and can be downloaded as an Excel file.

View the remote access history for all Agents.
Additionally, click this button to export the history as an Excel file.
- Log per Agent
View the remote access history of each Agent.
- Search
Search by Agent name or User ID to view the logs.
3. Check out the Command menu
View the remote access history in the Command menu.
