Agents access accounts can be modified in the Agent App or PC Web site. Please try to change the account as follows: 

[Agent App from the Edit] Agent App of the first screen in the Settings> Access 
Account Changes button clicks by modifying the 

[PC Web site in modified] 
1) RemoteView homepage ID, P / W, enter, log 
2) Remote PC Management tab right-click the Add menu> accounts, select the change icon remote PC you have lost your account 
3) agent account information modification 
4), you can log in to the changed password thereafter.
