【From Agent app】
1. Launch the app and go to SETTINGS > DEVICE NAME > touch and enter a new name.
【From PC website】
1. Go to www.rview.com and log in.
2. From the list of devices, select the mobile device, right click and choose the option "Properties".
3. Enter a new name for the device.
