An Error Message, “Failed To Update. Remote View May Not Function Properly” Pops Up.

1. Files used to launch the Viewer has been corrupted or infected by virus/spyware.
- Start > Run > Enter %temp% and press enter > Delete "rvconsol50", "rsupcomm" and reconnect.
- Scan for virus/spyware.

2. ActiveX is corrupted.
- Delete "RsupCtrl Control" from c:\windows\Downloaded Program Files and reconnect.
