ID Of The Remote PC / Password Lost City

If you have forgotten your password, please try to change the account as follows: 
(1) RemoteView ID / PW login after entering the home page 
(2) Remote PC Management tab and click the right button on the remote PC icon missing from the account 
From the Add menu, select 'Change Account' 
(3) modifying agent account information 
(4) Starting with the changed password, you can log in to the future.
