But, if you see the remote PC as offline from "rview.com" after logging in even by refreshing the page after the update, please follow the instruction below to apply the patch manually.

Applying the patch
1. On the remote PC, download the patch from here: https://www.rview.com/files/patch.zip
2. Unzip and double click on RVPatch.exe to run the patch.
3. Patch will complete and normal service will be available.
