How to Connect Multiple Users to Agent (For Enterprise License)

The "Invite via email" feature allows multiple users to connect to a single Agent and is only available on Windows for Enterprise users. Please refer to the instructions below. 


* The “Invite via email” feature is activated only when the Agent is connected (The monitor icon must be marked in green).


1. From the top menu, go to the Remote PC tab > Right-click on the Agent > Click Control Tools > Select Invite via email.       



 2. Enter the email address, name, and message for the invited user (recipient).          


3. Ask the invited user to check the email and follow the instructions to connect. 

*Note : The connection must be made within 30 minutes after receiving email invites.
