From the PC where the agent is installed, follow the steps below to complete the update.
Click the Update button to update to the latest version.
Reinstall the agent
If manual update fails, try reinstalling the agent.

If the update could not be completed with the above methods, collect the following information and log files using RsDoctor and contact the HelpDesk for further assistance.
1. Viewer and Agent PC OS environment and version
2. Permissions of the account logged into the Viewer PC
3. Security program name if available (Viewer PC/Agent PC)
4. Log files collected using RsDoctor (Link: How to download and use RsDoctor)
