[RemoteView] Service Update Notice – January 13-14, 2026

Hello, this is RemoteView.

We will be performing a service update as outlined below to improve service quality.

During the update period, access may be temporarily unstable.

We appreciate your understanding and patience.

◆ Update Schedule

January 13, 2026 (Tue) 19:00 – January 14, 2026 (Wed) 03:00 (KST)

No service interruption is expected.

 

◆ Key Update Details

1. Account / Login

  • Users can now log into RemoteView Web and Mobile App using their Google account.
    (Available when the administrator enables the “OAuth Login Settings” for all users)
  • Users who have verified their email address can now reset their own password without Admin/Manager assistance.
    (Right-click the account in the user list → “Reset Password” → “Send Email” → Temporary password issued → Password reset available)

     

2. SimpleView

  • When installing the Agent in SimpleView mode, users can now select the target user group during installation.

     

3. RX Enhancement (Remote Control)

  • In Windows RX Viewer, the current controller information is now displayed during remote sessions. 
  • Linux devices are now supported as remote hosts for Remote Control.

     

4. Android-Agent

  • Communication mode can now be selected between FCM and MQTT in the Android Agent app settings. Devices without Google Play Services can communicate via MQTT.

     

5. General Feature Improvements

  • When remotely controlling macOS devices, virtual desktop switching is now supported.
